The Fund will employ three major strategies: taking long positions on Crypto Assets, buying put options over the same Crypto Assets long positions are taken on, to cover the portfolio against a downturn in the market; and allocating long positions in investment grade DeFi protocols to obtain absolute returns via yield farming or staking.
All funds are allocated in regulated custody companies. All of the accounts opened for the Fund have a multi factor authorisation for increased security. The Directors have adopted an internal risk management framework which describes the manner in which the Fund’s Crypto Assets are to be kept secure and safely stored.
